Billing and Collections Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Collections Lead to support a transformation initiative within its Personal Lines business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a manual billing and collections process for Personal Lines
• Partner with internal stakeholders to map current-state and future-state workflows
• Collaborate with a remote offshore team responsible for executing billing and collections activities

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, ideally within Personal Lines
• Strong background in billing and collections operations
• Experience with process mapping, workflow design, or process improvement
• Ability to work cross-functionally with distributed teams, including offshore partners
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred
