Billing and Collections Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Collections Manager to oversee its Billing department and manage team operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of analysts to ensure compliance with established policies
• Collaborate on special projects including system implementations and optimizations
• Coach and develop team members while addressing gaps in processes and controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in a billing role, with 2+ years in a leadership position in a SaaS or similar environment
• Experience managing and reviewing the work of others
• Proficiency in G Suite and Excel
• Must be located in the United States and authorized to work without any Visa sponsorship
