Billing and Collections Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Billing & Collection Operations to oversee the order-to-cash lifecycle and enhance financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and compliance with contracts
• Lead the global collections strategy to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and manage customer relationships
• Oversee monthly AR close processes and implement improvements for scalability and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting or finance operations experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) best practices and AR aging management
• Experience in SaaS or healthcare tech is strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce; experience with specialized billing software is a plus
