Job Summary

Leading Order Management operations across North America and Latin America, the full-time Billing and Collections Senior Manager will ensure accurate billing processes, drive operational performance, and enhance customer experiences while managing a geographically dispersed team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Order Management and billing operations focusing on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
• Establish operational objectives and execution plans aligned with regional and global priorities
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize processes through automation and workflow optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in Order-to-Cash, Order Management, or related fields within a global SaaS organization
• Strong understanding of internal controls and financial risk management
• Experience managing large or multi-functional teams
• Proven track record in process transformation and automation initiatives
