Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the collection of outstanding invoices, ensuring timely resolution
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolving billing issues and facilitating collections
• Analyze and report on aging accounts and collection trends to support financial decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a Collections & Billing role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience working with global teams in a fast-growing SaaS company
