Billing and Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Managing accounts receivable activities, the full-time remote Billing and Collections Specialist will handle complex customer invoicing, collections, and billing issue resolution while ensuring billing accuracy and timely collections.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue complex customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contractual terms
• Monitor customer accounts to manage collection efforts and resolve payment delays while maintaining positive relationships
• Support month-end close activities related to accounts receivable, ensuring completeness and accuracy of balances

Required qualifications

• Five years of Accounts Receivable experience with emphasis on invoicing and collections
• Advanced experience with accounts receivable, billing, and collections processes, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for reconciliations, reporting, and analysis
• System/software experience preferred: NetSuite, Salesforce, Certinia, Concur, Navan, Adobe
• Demonstrated ability to independently resolve complex billing and collections issues
