Billing and Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing and Collections Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily billing operations and ensure accuracy and compliance of invoices
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and support collection efforts on outstanding balances
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing data is complete and accurate

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable operations
• Experience in professional services billing or revenue cycle management preferred
• Proficiency with CCH billing software or similar billing/ERP systems
• Prior team leadership or mentoring experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced finance or accounting environment
