Billing and Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing billing and collections functions, the full-time remote Billings and Collections Supervisor will ensure accurate invoicing, manage cash flow through effective collections, and lead a team in process improvements and internal controls across the order-to-cash cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing in accordance with contract terms
• Manage the collections process, monitoring accounts receivable aging and resolving past-due balances
• Supervise and develop the billing and collections team, establishing clear priorities and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based technology environment is strongly preferred
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred; familiarity with Salesforce and Avalara is also beneficial
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash workflows and SaaS revenue recognition principles (ASC 606) is helpful
