Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing and Enrollment Specialist who processes membership enrollment functions and assists in billing and ID card generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process membership enrollment functions and assist with billing and cash posting
• Enter and maintain group and membership data in the enrollment system
• Provide support and answer inquiries from members, agents, and group leaders regarding membership information

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 2 or more years of experience in health plan operations, enrollment, billing, or a related healthcare field
• Proficient in billing and enrollment processes and procedures
• Ability to work independently and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• Knowledge of state and federal eligibility and enrollment regulations
