Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Billing & Follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop operational processes to maximize reimbursement in revenue cycle management
• Hire and lead a team for claim edits, follow-up, and denial management tasks
• Monitor team productivity and create guidelines for quality audits

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare billing and follow-up functions
• 3+ years of experience managing a team in insurance or payer follow-up
• Significant understanding of the claim submission process and reimbursement delays
• Exposure to mental health and/or telehealth services
• Ability to shape operational strategy in an ambiguous environment
