• Research and resolve claim hold issues to expedite processing
• Contact insurance companies to address delays and identify next steps for resolution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare sector, specifically in billing and follow-up functions
• Understanding of the claim submission and cash posting processes
• Exposure to mental health and/or telehealth services
• Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to assist in developing operational processes
• Alignment with the mission to provide accessible and affordable therapy
