Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Payments Specialist who will be an expert in managing billing processes and financial workflows for accounting firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the billing and payments specialist for the Customer Success organization, providing deep product knowledge
• Lead complex billing and payments engagements from initial assessment through resolution
• Document common billing scenarios and develop structured playbooks for frequent and high-risk situations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing specialist, solutions consultant, or technical support role, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Deep familiarity with billing processes in accounting firms or professional services businesses
• Experience with practice management or accounting platforms like Karbon, Xero, or QuickBooks is advantageous
• Strong documentation instincts to create reusable resources from resolved cases
• Ability to operate with significant autonomy and confidence in domain knowledge
