Job Summary
A company is looking for a Billing & Payments Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the billing and payments expert for the Customer Success organization, leading complex engagements from assessment to resolution
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to guide customer discussions on billing and payments
- Document and refine billing processes, creating structured playbooks for common scenarios
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer-facing specialist or technical support role, preferably in B2B SaaS with a financial component
- Deep understanding of billing and collection processes in accounting firms or professional services
- Experience with practice management or accounting platforms like Karbon, Xero, or QuickBooks is advantageous
- Ability to operate autonomously and confidently in high-pressure situations
- Strong documentation skills to create reusable resources from resolved cases
