Billing and Posting Representative

Job Summary

Investigating and resolving billing issues, the full-time Billing and Posting Representative will analyze consumer and commercial complaints, negotiate settlements, and document resolutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
• Negotiate and authorize billing settlements within established limits
• Document and report on billing issues and resolutions to customers

Required qualifications

• Experience in billing or accounts receivable management
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with billing software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or business preferred
