Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates, analyzes, negotiates, and resolves consumer and commercial billing issues
• Identifies solutions to billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
• Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements and adjusts customer accounts within established limits

Required Qualifications

• Experience in billing and posting processes
• Ability to analyze and resolve billing issues effectively
• Familiarity with negotiation techniques related to billing settlements
• Strong understanding of consumer and commercial billing practices
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or related field preferred
