Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates, analyzes, and resolves consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
• Identifies solutions to billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
• Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements and adjusts customer accounts within established limits

Required Qualifications

• Experience in billing and posting processes
• Ability to negotiate and resolve billing disputes
• Strong analytical skills for investigating billing issues
• Familiarity with consumer and commercial billing practices
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or related field preferred
