Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing and Revenue Assurance Specialist who will maintain financial accuracy and operational excellence in a remote setting across LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process client contracts, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing
• Track billed revenue, monitor discrepancies, and reconcile financial data
• Manage accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding balances, and communicate with clients regarding payments

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in billing, financial operations, or revenue assurance
• Strong experience with invoicing and accounts receivable
• Familiarity with contract-based billing structures
• Proficiency in tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and reconciliation
