Billing and Revenue Cycle Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Revenue Cycle Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Support revenue cycle performance by monitoring KPIs and identifying billing gaps
• Manage A/R aging report oversight and coordinate with the billing vendor for discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure documentation for accurate billing and claims submission

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare billing or revenue cycle management
• Experience with EMR and/or practice management systems, preferably Kipu
• Knowledge of insurance billing processes and denial management
• Understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA
• Experience in telehealth or multi-state billing environments preferred
