Billing and Revenue Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Revenue Manager to lead global billing operations and revenue recognition functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 5-10 direct and indirect reports, overseeing hiring, coaching, and performance reviews
• Oversee daily billing activities, month-end close, and ensure compliance with contracts, GAAP, and SOX
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, and Client Services to resolve billing issues and improve client experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 7+ years in billing/accounts receivable in a global, multi-site environment
• 4+ years leading global teams in remote or hybrid settings
• Expertise in ERP systems (PeopleSoft and Oracle preferred)
• Familiarity with GAAP, SOX, and revenue recognition principles
