Billing and Sales Support Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisor-Business Billing & Sales Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer billing concerns through various communication channels while ensuring compliance with security guidelines
• Submit and process orders for business customers, including disconnects and tax exemption paperwork
• Serve as the main contact for e-Rate & Rural Health Care Funding inquiries and assist with billing projects and audits

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience, current military service, or honorable military discharge
• 2+ years of customer service or billing experience
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products and billing systems
• Experience in a direct sales program preferred
