A company is looking for a Business Billing & Sales Support Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer billing concerns through various communication channels while adhering to guidelines
• Submit and process orders for business customers, including disconnect and liability change requests
• Serve as the primary contact for e-Rate & Rural Health Care Funding inquiries and process related documentation

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience or current military service
• 2+ years of customer service or billing experience
• Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
