Billing and Scheduling Associate

Job Summary

To support a neurology practice, the full-time remote Billing and Scheduling Associate will manage patient scheduling, obtain insurance information, and provide financial assistance counseling over the phone.

Key responsibilities:

• Obtain insurance information and counsel patients on financial assistance options
• Schedule and register patients while communicating with clinical staff for urgent requests
• Explain the billing process to patients and assist with inquiries from third-party payers

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Three years of relevant work experience
• No specific certifications or professional licenses required
