Billing and Scheduling Associate

Job Summary

To support a neurology practice, the full-time Billing and Scheduling Associate will obtain insurance information, schedule and register patients, and provide financial assistance counseling, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Obtain insurance information and counsel patients on financial assistance options
• Schedule appointments and manage patient registration, including demographic and insurance data collection
• Communicate with clinical staff to assist with urgent and referred patient scheduling requests

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Three years of relevant work experience
• No specific certifications or professional licenses required
