Billing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Associate responsible for managing customer invoices and payments while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and send accurate customer invoices using the billing system
• Manage overdue accounts receivable and work on payment plans
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer billing inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Experience in corporate billing, accounts receivable, or collections; SaaS experience preferred
• Familiarity with billing systems; experience with Sage Intacct is a plus
• Customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and maintain attention to detail
• Self-motivated team player with a desire for career growth
