A company is looking for a Billing/Scheduling Associate II (Remote) in Ophthalmology.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain insurance information and provide financial assistance counseling to patients
• Schedule and register patients, including collecting demographics and insurance registration
• Communicate with clinical staff to assist with urgent and referred patient scheduling requests

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification or a combination of education and/or experience
• Relevant experience of 3 years
