Billing Associate II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPI - Surcharge Billing Associate II, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and quality of CPI rate implementations and surcharge billing processes through analysis and auditing
• Complete customer mileage/hours reconciliations and audits, coordinating changes with the Contractual Billing team
• Develop and maintain protocols, desk procedures, and training guides while supporting internal and external SOX audit controls

Required Qualifications

• 4 years or more experience in Billing, Receivables, Customer Service, Collections, Payables, or other financial support roles with a High School Diploma
• 4 years or more experience in Billing, Receivables, Customer Service, Collections, Payables, or other financial support roles with a bachelor's degree preferred
• Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls, and metrics at an intermediate level
