Billing Associate II

Job Summary

To support a neurology practice, the full-time remote Billing Associate II will obtain insurance information, counsel patients on financial assistance, and manage patient scheduling and registration over the phone or via email.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain insurance information and counsel patients on financial assistance options
• Communicate with physicians and clinical staff to facilitate scheduling of urgent or referred patients
• Provide patient scheduling services, including collecting demographics and processing internal referrals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Three years of relevant work experience
• No specific certifications or professional licenses required
