Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist- Billing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a billing liaison between clients and the company, resolving customer queries via phone and email
  • Follow up on returned claims and keep clients informed of billing and payment status
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues related to client accounts and improve the client/provider experience
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years experience in healthcare billing customer service
  • Experience in healthcare and/or medical billing is a plus
  • Familiarity with bank reconciliation, payment posting, and understanding EOBs is helpful
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, and/or JIRA is a plus
  • Ability to work on a scheduled shift and holidays
