Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance/Billing Collection Assistant III (Remote) in the Neurology department.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced billing and collection activities, including making collection calls and verifying claims
• Handle discounts, adjustments, and charge corrections while following up on various financial classifications
• Act as a lead assistant, providing training and guidance to other IBC assistants

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification or a combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in billing or insurance
• No specific certification or professional license required
• A driver's license is not required for this position
• Post-secondary education is preferred but not mandatory
