Billing Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Collections Specialist Tier III.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex billing inquiries and escalations through various communication channels
• Complete billing activities including audit refunds, collections, and daily batch error resolution
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new hires while maintaining knowledge of billing policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or college coursework preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Collections, or Banking
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• 1+ years of familiarity with internal system standards and processes
• Proficiency in G-Suite Tools, Salesforce, and Payment Processing Systems
