Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Collections Team Lead, responsible for overseeing billing operations and resolving complex Accounts Receivable issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee billing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Analyze and resolve complex Accounts Receivable and denial issues
• Provide guidance and support to billing and collections staff

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management
• Behavioral Health billing and collections experience required
• Prior leadership or senior-level experience strongly preferred
