Billing Compliance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Billing Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and adjust a medical billing and coding audit plan in collaboration with various departments
• Aggregate and report audit findings to relevant committees and assist in responding to audits
• Create and deploy educational materials related to medical billing, coding, payment posting, and collections

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with Medicare billing guidelines and compliance regulations
• Minimum of Intermediate level of Excel experience
• Experience in medical billing and/or coding audits is preferred
• Healthcare compliance certification (CHC, CPCO) is a plus
• Prior Medicare billing experience in an acute care facility is advantageous
