Billing Compliance Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of Billing Compliance personnel, the full-time remote Billing Compliance Supervisor will ensure accurate matter rate setups, manage compliance activities, and foster collaboration across departments while overseeing training and development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee compliance activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Delegate work based on volume, complexity, and priority while providing solutions to billing issues
• Coach and mentor the Compliance team, promoting positive communication and team morale

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Experience with BillBlast and client vendor websites
• Previous law firm experience preferred
• High level of proficiency in Aderant, Excel, Word, and Outlook
