Billing Conservation Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Conservation Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact policyowners for missed or overdue payments and resolve billing issues
• Process payments and manage account changes as requested by policyowners
• Research accounts to determine appropriate actions and prepare reports on collection rates

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years' experience in Customer Service or Collections
• Experience in the insurance industry or call center preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
