Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Coordinator for a remote full-time health care position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update invoices, audit billing reports, and submit invoice corrections
  • Generate invoices, distribute to clients, and file copies accurately
  • Complete billing processes, resolve inquiries, and assist in special projects

Qualifications and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience in an accounting environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, experience with accounting software programs desired
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations for invoicing
  • Detail-oriented, team-oriented, and flexible in a cooperative work environment
