Job Summary
A company is looking for a Billing Coordinator for a remote full-time health care position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update invoices, audit billing reports, and submit invoice corrections
- Generate invoices, distribute to clients, and file copies accurately
- Complete billing processes, resolve inquiries, and assist in special projects
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience in an accounting environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, experience with accounting software programs desired
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations for invoicing
- Detail-oriented, team-oriented, and flexible in a cooperative work environment
