Job Summary
Managing all aspects of the billing process, the full-time Billing Coordinator will establish and audit client accounts, create invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Post cash, wires, and transfers daily while managing monthly billing activities
- Create and issue invoices for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing
- Maintain accurate financial records and analyze data for process improvement
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business, accounting, or finance preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role required
- At least 1 year of experience in a billing, finance, or accounting role required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with strong time management skills
