Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Billing Coordinator will manage the accurate and timely processing of work orders and invoices while working remotely from Hudson, FL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and correct work order costs and revenue for accuracy
  • Enter materials used in work orders into the database and monitor un-billed work orders daily
  • Collaborate with Service Managers and technicians to resolve discrepancies in paperwork or services
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with invoicing preferred but not required
  • Exceptional organizational and computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
