Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Billing Coordinator will manage the accurate and timely processing of work orders and invoices while working remotely from Hudson, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and correct work order costs and revenue for accuracy
- Enter materials used in work orders into the database and monitor un-billed work orders daily
- Collaborate with Service Managers and technicians to resolve discrepancies in paperwork or services
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with invoicing preferred but not required
- Exceptional organizational and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
