Billing Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing a billing portfolio of customers, the full-time Outside Driver Data Coordinator will collaborate with payroll specialists, conduct audits, and prepare customized reports to ensure data integrity and financial accuracy in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze billing processes to recommend improvements for cost reduction and profitability maximization
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies while suggesting process enhancements
• Generate KPI reports and conduct weekly audits of route details related to customer invoicing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Knowledge of Transportation Management and financial/accounting procedures
• Intermediate to Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs
• Experience with Adobe or equivalent electronic data management programs
