Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Billing Coordinator will ensure accurate and timely processing of work orders and invoices while working remotely from Hudson, FL.

Key responsibilities
  • Verify and correct work order costs and revenue for accuracy
  • Post and review customer invoices and supporting documentation per client requirements
  • Collaborate with Service Managers and technicians to resolve issues with paperwork or services
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with invoicing preferred but not required
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
