Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Billing Coordinator will ensure accurate and timely processing of work orders and invoices while working remotely from Hudson, FL.
Key responsibilities
- Verify and correct work order costs and revenue for accuracy
- Post and review customer invoices and supporting documentation per client requirements
- Collaborate with Service Managers and technicians to resolve issues with paperwork or services
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with invoicing preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
