Job Summary
Delivering benefit billing administration services to clients, the full-time Billing Coordinator - Employee Benefits will manage premium invoicing, payments, and eligibility reporting in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Calculates and prepares consolidated bills for various benefit plans and processes client premium payments
- Performs account reviews and reconciliations of premium accounts and benefits databases
- Issues notifications of qualifying events and manages COBRA elections and related processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business, with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting
- One or more years of experience in benefits administration or accounting
- Proven experience maintaining accuracy while working with complex benefit administration details
