Billing Coordinator III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Coordinator III (Billing Specialist Subsidiary) - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research payer rejections and denials related to genetic testing claims
• Produce accurate and successful appeals to insurance carriers to secure payment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices and resolve denial-related issues

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare billing and insurance/claims processing required
• Experience with Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and denial types strongly preferred
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, HMOs, PPOs, and commercial payers strongly preferred
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience strongly preferred
