Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Billing Correspondence Coordinator will review correspondence requests, compose professional email communications, and run status checks on invoice and claim correction files to ensure updates are completed.
Key responsibilities
- Review correspondence requests to send invoices, make adjustments, and update claims in the billing system
- Compose clear and professional email communications to internal and external customers for follow-up
- Run status checks on large spreadsheet files to verify completion of updates and identify missing information
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years or more of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in alpha-numeric data entry (10 key skills)
- Previous experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is preferred
