Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Billing Correspondence Coordinator will review correspondence requests, compose professional email communications, and manage updates in the billing system to ensure accurate invoicing and claim processing.
Key responsibilities
- Review correspondence requests to send invoices, make adjustments, and update claims in the billing system
- Compose clear and professional email communications to internal and external customers, providing necessary updates
- Run status checks on invoice/claim correction files to verify updates and identify missing information for customer follow-up
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years or more of work experience
- Experience in healthcare accounts receivable, medical billing, claims processing, or revenue cycle operations is preferred
