Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Customer Service Representative for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer a high volume of calls from patients regarding patient bill balances, payment plans, and general customer concerns
  • Process adjustments, refunds, and transfer bills
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma / GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience or experience in a medical office, health care, call-center, or office setting analyzing and solving customer problems
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PCs
  • Ability to work a set 8-hour shift between the hours of 9:30am and 6:00pm EST
