Billing Data Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on billing functions, the full-time remote Billing Data Analyst will manage account fee billing, transaction processing, and billing reconciliation while ensuring data accuracy and resolving billing-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile billing data and verify system information to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with the preparation and processing of billing files for advisory fee accounts across multiple financial custodians
• Manage audit reports and support timely resolution of discrepancies and data quality concerns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience in accounting, billing, or data analysis preferred
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Experience with Salesforce reporting preferred
