Job Summary

Billing Denials Follow Up Representative, a full-time remote position requiring residency in IL, IN, IA, or WI, is responsible for resolving billing denials, following up on claims, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely resolution of claim edits and follow-up on third-party payer receivables
• Conduct root cause analysis on denials and ensure compliance with billing practices
• Participate in special projects and assist with various operational duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or one year related work experience or college degree
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and billing practices
• Extensive experience with PC applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to learn quickly and meet continuous timelines
