Billing Experience Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Billing Experience Manager (BXM) - B2B SaaS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain expertise in billing and reporting suite to troubleshoot complex workflows
• Support enterprise customers by partnering with Enterprise Billing Success Managers
• Translate customer feedback into documented engineering tickets and prioritize product improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a Rehab Clinician (SLP, OT, PT, COTA, or PTA)
• Highly analytical mindset with troubleshooting abilities in software
• Proactive and self-motivated with a capacity to learn quickly
• Highly proficient in MS Excel
• No prior billing experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
