Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Follow Up Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients, agencies, and payers to gather and process information for reimbursements
• Reviews unpaid claims and initiates actions to collect accounts, ensuring expected results are achieved
• Completes billing and collection processes, including submitting claims and calculating adjustments

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Education/GED or equivalent (preferred)
• Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience (preferred)
• Medical billing and collections experience (preferred)
