Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Assigns daily workflow and assists billers in coordinating and reporting information
• Analyzes billing reports and claim submissions to identify and resolve issues
• Serves as a resource for the follow-up and denials team, providing guidance on claims

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required
• 2-4 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management in healthcare
• 1-3 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role in a healthcare setting preferred
• Proficiency in healthcare billing practices and insurance processes
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems, such as SSI or similar claim processing systems
