Billing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Billing & Posting Resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee claims production, billing, follow-up, collections, and compliance with third-party payer regulations
• Provide operational oversight and mentorship for the Billing Coordinator while ensuring accurate and timely billing
• Implement and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring revenue and expenses meet or exceed projections

Required Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• 5 years of previous hospital billing experience
• Working knowledge of insurance regulations, procedure and diagnosis coding, and automated insurance billing
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years of Medicare hospital billing experience preferred
